    Man I was listening to some huge bull frogs yesterday morning in the rice fields, practically teasing me!!!

    No they're next to the skewered shrimp. I thought they would be bigger but they must harvest young gators. They are actually the front legs of the gator.

    Ha, I was making a joke that the gator wings were hidden under the gator. I had a girlfriend who's dingy sister thought that buffalo wings came from buffalos. She said that she thought the wings were underneath buffalo, where you cant see them.

    I hate to admit this and usually I make my BBQ Shrimp from scratch but I was at Dorignac's and I knew I would be pressed for time having to do some prep before cooking all of this so I picked up a package of BBQ Shrimp seasoning by Cajun Country. I have used the River Roads brand and that was what I was looking for but couldn't find it. This wasn't a bad seasoning mix now but I prefer the River Roads or making mine from scratch. Now you're going to ask "What's my recipe?" and I'd really have to think harder than I can right now. Cut grass last evening and I have a ginormous sinus headache right now. Actually I don't measure when I make it so it'd be hard to tell you honestly.

    Here's what I can tell you...

    Black pepper
    Worchestershire sauce
    White Wine
    Butter (of course)
    Crushed garlic
    Italian seasoning
    a lil salt
    SHRIMP
