I do them both simultaneously-- or at least independently of each other, typically fighting a magazine!

It's a hard wired process-- completely subconscious. Half of the fun of watching the videos is to see what I said, as I have no clue 99% of the time.

I think I've lived alone for too long, on top of being an only child. Talk to yourself and inanimate objects for so long and it becomes part of everyday life.
