If the kit is complete (looks like it) only the receiver is missing. But you have to follow USC 922(r) once you build it. Plus the fire control parts are probably full auto but replacing them with US made semi-auto fire control group (i.e. Tapco) yields 3 US parts (or more correctly, replaces 3 foreign parts).

Online 922r parts counter for the AK.
