I can get a springfield XD9 subcompact brand new out the door for ~$467 bucks.... Should i jump on it? Is it such a great deal that i can't let it pass? I'm wondering b/c I have to get it by Wednesday (to get that price), and i already have a 9mm hand gun, so i'm wondering if i should get this one. I'm just wondering if this deal is so good, that i'll regret passing it up. I went to academy last week and they wanted like ~527+tax which would be 100 bucks more than what i can get it for....

What swagge said. Don't let $20 or so make the decision for you. Decide what you really want, then wait for the deals. If you really want an XD-9 subcompact (which is a great pistol BTW), then jump on it!

And I wouldn't get the subcompact unless you plan on carrying. It's not a very fun range gun.

 I enjoy my XD 9 Sub Compact on the range. I've never had any discomfort while shooting and it's fairly accurate.

    +1
I enjoy shooting my SK. However, I have come to realize that I can't possibly be as accurate as all my range time with it would suggest, because it fires that "snappy" .40 round!(the most useless caliber since the .380)

I'll most likely be at the range this Thursday to test it out/break it in...
