It's not a race thing. It ticks me off to see any one, of any race, color, or creed looting, burning and rioting in the streets. In the case of blacks, it just gives the racist groups fuel to stir up more violence. It's a relativly few hot heads destroying a neighborhood. All the honest hardworking merchants and other business owners suffer. And the police must show restraint, or look like Nazi's and be accused of overreacting. Perhaps a neighborhood "vigilance committee" armed to the teeth should be allowed to clean up the mess. Give the cops a night off. Come back in the moring and pick up the dead. Then the honest citizens can rebuild and get on with their lives.
