I guess Ill order the barrel for my savage then and take it off the market. Might actually get a chance to take some toys out to some distance finally without having to drive 5 hours.

I spoke to the owner today, final planning is being completed and they will be on here in the coming days to give more info.

I'd love to belong to this range! I have a buddy who lives on LA Tung Rd. Closer to me than Honey Island and 1000yd?! Awesome.

Certainly interested in supporting a foundation membership drive to get the range started.
Perhaps having a initial pre-event with founding supporters getting their name on the range wall (or something -- "buying a bullet" e.g. brick)

I was raised on a 20 acre farm on Lee Road just across the Washington parish line. It is is likely the closest house to the range. Don't think my sister in law will like it much and I have one sister who still owns a house there but luckily for her she doesn't live there. She will hate it. I will love it. Sounds like I might be visiting family out there more often.
