Can all law enforcement agencies in the state determine if you have a CC permit by running your license plate? I know that we're a state where you must disclose the fact that you have the permit, was just wondering if there's some standard system they all use to determine if you do/don't have one if you get pulled over for something like a traffic violation.

I was told in a refresher class 9y ago that it shows up when LSP troopers run your drivers license.

At the time, I had a friend who was a Vermont State Trooper run my dl and it didn't show up for him. That is not to say nothing has changed in the interim.
