What I think is funnier, is that they have 20 rounders in stock and they are 25 bucks each!!!

I was under the impression I was doing a favor for others. Just because their website doesn't update stock, doesn't mean they are out of stock. You try making a phone call?

If so and your sure,ill order 100 of them.But Ive already been taken by 2 other company's that didn't update their stock and was sent email saying 2-3 months before delivery after I ordered of course.SO at this point Ive been charged over $300 in just restock fees alone.I am tired of being taken.Yes I agree,its my fault for ordering,but as your post and others,I assumed they had called or actually knew they were in stock somehow.

So, you want me to call them for you? Seriously? Be responsible for yourself. If you aren't on welfare, I don't work for your lack of motivation. If I knew they were in stock, I wouldn't say so, if they sold out between the time of my statement and your purchase, you would be upset with me over my "bad" information.

As a note, if you're not disputing restocking fees on something they don't have in stock in the first place, its your issue. Now, if you want 100 mags and have the cash to play, let me know and I'll talk to some people. It won't be at 17.75 each though, more like 30.

If that happened then you got taken because no way would a credit card company allow that to happen if you reported it. While I don't like the half-assed posts that don't provide links (this is not one of them) it is not the responsibility of the poster to ensure stock. And I am pretty sure they have stock if you'd do some research.

Update on your E-Lander magazine orders.



We are not answering phones.
Currently, every employee in our NY headquarters is packaging and shipping magazines to fill orders, from the CEO on down. At this point we are not answering the phones, as we are receiving enough calls to keep everyone busy full time just answering the phone. We had to make a choice between taking calls or shipping orders. The vast majority of the calls we have been receiving is from people who are calling to ask whether we do in fact have magazines in stock, and people following up their web order with a call to make sure that their orders are not backordered.




The answer to the questions most asked are:

Yes, we do have magazines in stock, and no one's magazine order is backordered. We are not currently giving estimated ship dates, since that requires pulling up each customer's order information and making an estimate. If we do this for everyone who asks, it will increase the time everyone will have to wait to get their orders shipped.




At this time we are not offering rebuild kits for CA customers. We simply do not have the time. This is something we are looking into for the future.




We are now shipping magazines that are not packaged in retail bags. The bags are included separately (for those who plan to resell the magazines) but packaging each magazine in a poly bag is an extra step that takes time away from the manufacture of magazines.




If you have ordered magazines, the magazines that you ordered are either in our warehouse waiting to be packed and shipped, or somewhere between our warehouse and your address. No dealer/distributor/manufacturer order will take priority over your order. We will not pull the mags that you ordered to ship them to someone else.




If you are planning to order magazines, we have them now - it will not be a backorder. We are receiving constant shipments of magazines from Israel and are packing and shipping thousands of magazines every day.




We have not and will not be raising our prices.

You want to post and I'm not saying just you.I am saying everyone that has posted a deal that was never a deal lately.
I am just asking the person that is posting to be absolutely 100% sure they actually have them an not being able to call them on a weekend doesn't help.

Its not helping anyone to order something just to receive an email saying,sorry we don't update our site,we don't care if you want it next week,and we will charge you or we will send you to collections.

And I'm not sure how many CCs you own BS875,but they can do whatever they pretty well want.Yesterday,I made an order,right.
No worries,said in stock,ships 3-5 days.No worries right.Wrong !!! I went back to check my order and as I was looking at the parts I had ordered,sure enough,it then had recently posted 6-8 weeks delivery time.I know for a fact it didn't say that when I ordered.Well anyway,I called and of course no one answers phones any more,so I emailed.he guy emailed me back and said you have to pay a 20% restocking fee if you cancel teh order.I said why would I have to do that when you don't even have them in stock.I then sent an email saying I would just go to my CC company and dispute the charge.Well,he emailed back saying he was a former LEO and he could do whatever he wanted.He said I will just charge you the 8%. Then he explained if I didn't want to do that and he didn't hear back from me in 15 minutes,he would cancel the order and send me to collections for the 20% and even named the attorney for the company.So basically he held my CC for ransom.I will be doing a writeup on said company in a few days.The other company only charged me %5 restocking fee.When your order is $2400 or so.A restocking fee hurts your wallet and pride.

When I ordered about 4 hours ago, the fine print below the picture on their page that said:

"30 round E-Lander magazines are IN STOCK and we are receiving large shipments several times each week. Due to the large number of orders we are receiving on this product, we estimate orders will ship within 10 business days. These magazines are not backordered."

was in small print. Later this afternoon when i went back to send the URL to friend they updated it and tripled the FONT so it's probly fairly current.

Look solid and some review i googled for were pretty pleased.
