Does anyone know where I can find the classification bracket for steel
matches? I have looked everywhere I could think of. I would appreciate
    any help.:)

Yes it's the Joe Touchton classification system. It's goes by your times. I think it's like this
    Master 0-3.99
    A 4.00-4.99
    B 5.00 and up

This may not be perfect but it's close
