I have so far been unable to find a holster to fit my new USP45 Tac.

I am looking for something to OC with, retention strap a must, would not mind having a pouch for extra mag.

    Cloth or black leather.

    any ideas/advice?

Those el cheapo nylon ones are universal, and some have the fancy mag pouch. Try reaching with your left hand over there to un-velcro your mag and load it sometime, it doesnt work well.

I'll probably make alot of "experts" have a heart attack but... SERPA!

How about this, sell that USP and buy a 1911. They make a lot of GOOD holsters for them. That way you will have a both good holster and gun.

    Good idea, Bryan.

Yeah, good holsters for HKs are practically non-existent. Sell that HK, you'll have enough scratch to buy a Glock or something, extra magazines, a good holster, ammo, money for a CCW class, etc....

I carry a USP 45 Tactical on duty, in uniform and in plain clothes, all of the holsters i have are made for the USP 45. Only problem i would see if possibly it had a closed bottom or maybe a plastic holster. My uniform holster is a Safariland 6280 and it fits it great and my plain clothes holster is a Desantis "pancake style" made for the USP. they both work great.

BTW Great selection on a gun.

My compact tactical fits in my Milt Sparks VM2 made for a compact. My compact tactical has the tall blade sights.

My Tactical is normally in a leg holster as I don't open carry and its more of a range/home defense gun. I personally wouldn't carry a full size tactical every day.

But with that being said I couldn't imagine open carrying.

I only approve of open carry under these circumstances:
