I had a bout with cancer at 22. Surgery to remove the tumor and chemo to clear up the metastasis. Plenty of people were surprised that I made it out of chemo so cleanly and never got ill. But my doc and I knew the truth: it wasn't a testament to my strength, mental or physical...it was youth. Although it sucks to get cancer so young--when it's likely the last thing on your mind--having youth on your side makes treatment a snap. You'll do great man.
