Greetings.
I'm finally listing my 929 on the market. If you are unfamiliar, you get 8 shots of 9mm with this N-Frame Smith and Wesson revolver. It's constructed of stainless steel with a titanium cylinder, 6.5" barrel, and comes with an additional ported end cap in the event you want to tame 9mm to a kitty cat level.
$1,150
Revolver with case, random factory stuff, and over 20 moon clips.
Face to face preferably in the Lafayette area.
I hardly get on here, so call or text: 337-344-5456
So, what's the point of a gun like this? I get it, there are 9mm handguns with significantly higher capacities than this, and there are 8-shot revolvers chambered in much hotter cartridges. This gun completely sells out to competition, specifically USPSA and ICORE limited+. Every factory brand of ammo I tried made power factor with room to to spare. The 6.5-inch barrel coupled with the square post front sight make aiming almost an afterthought. Everybody shoots 9mm. Moon clips can be a pain if you're not used to them, but they're the way to go if you want to reload in a hurry.
The double action trigger pull on this one is incredibly light. The titanium cylinder makes for less rotating mass, which makes for an easier trigger when you're in rapid-fire mode, and that's all the time in a match. I lightened the springs and polished the action. Overall, the trigger is light and smooth.
Thanks for looking,
Ryan
