SW model 66 date of manufacture

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I have a model 66 (no dash) and am curious when it was made. The serial # is 7k67***

According to the "The Standard Catalog of S&W" serial number 7K26044 thru 7K70577 were manufactured in1975. Hope this helps.

Yes it does mlw. As you can tell I'm not a s&w collector. I couldn't even remember the name of the book.
