The contour of the weapons curve is setup for right handed shooters to carry. From everything I read, there is no options in the near future for a left handed design.

That was the first thing I noticed. I was commenting on Devilneck's quote. He was saying we shouldn't criticize something we have never shot, but what lefty wants to shoot this thing? lol

So, we're going to sit around and knock the gun before any of us have fired it? Gotcha.

Personally, I already have the Bodyguard .380, don't really have a need for another .380. I think it looks cool. I'd like to shoot it, just to say I did it. Given that it's a Taurus, I wouldn't expect too much from it, but I'd be open minded about firing it.

Given the manufacturer's less than stellar record on reliability, I'd say concerns are valid.

I was wondering about that crown too. It doesn't mess up trajectory having unequal barrel contact with the bullet as it leaves the barrel?

Yeah, that's a little too "dedicated" a design, for my taste.

Yeah- I'm a southpaw, too. And we just ain't takin' it no more. :dogkeke:

    Prejudice against lefties.

    A sinister plot!

I suspect that long range accuracy is going to suffer.

Seriously though, I think that it is interesting that Taurus isn't afraid to take chances on some radically different designs lately (The View also, and to a lesser extent the little M380 revolver). You don't see this kind of bizarre out of left field thinking coming from many gun manufactures these days.
