Teen's Porn Star Prom Date Not Allowed

My question here is, seeing how Tartan Senior High School is a PUBLIC school, is this even legal? I mean, sure, if it was a private school, whatever, but a public school doing this just seems...unconstitutional. Thoughts?

They get away with this draconian behavior because proms are not protected educational resources. Kudos for the kid for ingenuity. He'll do fine in life.

I think 'Porn Star' is a bit of a heavy title for her. I kicked a football once. I'm not football pro. I don't see how they can say no. Maybe they could kick her out for a dress code violation if she shows up in the buck but that's about it.

I guess that makes sense. It's an "extra-curricular" activity that is not a necessity, more of a privilege. It's still ridiculous, either way. Not that I think it's a great thing that the kid got porn stars as dates, I still don't think anyone should be able to tell a legal adult that he can't have a person who is not a violent felon(which some of the actual STUDENTS probably are) as his date for prom. It's wrong, IMO.

It's all BS. Dude is 18, nothing illegal is happening, it's a public school. Bull.
