Been back there readng...I have a little different stance these days, but still...losing the right to SD should be something very closely considered by gun owners and courts alike.

Good question. I've never been to the point where I couldn't avoid committing a felony, no matter how badly I may have wanted to.

Either way, I'm just glad I don't have an issue with drugs of any kind.

A for instance...I take a ride with my friend to go look at some car parts I need. I do not know he is actually buying dope. Someone tries to rip off the deal and points a gun in my direction. I react in a legal manner but I'm apparently NOT in a legal situation, b/c of the dope...might be where anty or anyone could find themselves.

Saying never is not smart.

I think it can happen and IF Anty had kept quiet and not had the hi profile past with guns he just might have walked.
