And I thought getting anxious at 7 weeks was bad. You must be a basket case:)

I have friends that dropped off their paperwork over a month after me and they've already received their permit.

When I call LSP, they just tell me "it's processing, you should get it within a few weeks". That's what I've been told for the last 6 weeks.

I never received a 120 day notification, but I still mailed my rewnewal 80 days ago. My permit expired May 17th, I called LSP and was informed by Wyndie that mail from that period was still not opened. Also told to expect 120 Business days for processing. Anybody have any suggestions? Could I resubmit a new app in person and speed up anything? I guess the first $125.00 would be forfited if I went that route. with no assurance it would speed anything up. Maybe I should apply for a parish permit for the rest of this year. What would you do?

I was told today a couple received their permits recently and the total time between drop off and receiving the permit in the mail was 31 days.
