When I went to McNeese State University the Ryan street gutters would hold water out 2-3 feet from the curb after a good rain. As students walked along the sidewalk I would slide over close to the curb and douche them at times kicking up a 5-7 foot wall of water. I would roll down the windows so we could hear them scream and curse.

I never did anything THAT bad, but some executive type looking guy hung out beside me too long in his BMW before trying to cut in front of me and it earned him a WOT blast from the Z06 that threw the mufflers open and made him jump and then flip me off. I LOL'ed.
