Got to fondle one at a Gander Mt in Denver Co a few weeks ago.

Gun had a nice weight to it and looked well built. I'd say the same quality of the GSG5 & the AK 22 that ATI builds...

Guy behind the counter said he had one and likes it a lot...

I'll probably end up with one someday, but there's other stuff on the wish list in front of it....

I just picked mine up today...going to the range tomorrow to try it out. I'm impressed with the quality right off the bat...feels and handles like a 1911, nice fit and finish. I'll post a report later this weekend if you want.

Picked mine up last week. I compared it to a Chippia that was right next to it and felt it was a better piece.
Heading to the range this or next.
I think its a good buy for the price.

yeah, you caught it... I told you it was a disease. you probably had plans to get a Mark III and now you *need* a 1911 .22. :mamoru:

No experience with the GSG but FWIW, Dave Sledge / GunSports is usually at the local gunshows and has the Chiappas for +/- $300. I don't have one because I already had the Kimber top end when I first heard about them.
