    The law suit that he talks about was the Feds forcing the sheriffs/local gov. to do the firearms backround checks in 1994. Romo Romero of Iberia parish was also involved in the suit IIRC.

    Edit: I was wrong about Romo being involved in this case. :o
    He did file suit on his own based on the same principle.

    I agree also. Problem is that wether we like it or not, the federal government had so far overstepped it's bounds, it is drivin the country like it stole it....and it has.
