Wow thats awsome!!! I took my class Feb 09, did all the paper work except the fingerprints, and then nothing, I sat on the paper work, now I have to take another class. And im not gonna lolly gag around this time!!! Im such an idiot. But good for you.

Well, I'm glad it's going well for somebody.

Took the LA class in November. In mid-December was told I needed new fingerprints (same thing happened when I got the Florida license awhile back). Finally got printed again after the holidays were over and got them mailed off in early January.

..........and still no word.

...Came home, checked the mail and, there it was!

I sent mine off on Feb 19, 2010 and recieved it a month later on March 19!!
I also sent my prints in instead of having them scanned

Congrads to all you who have gotten your permit. Had mine almost a month ,raring to show it to the cops . Guess I'll have to get a speeding ticket to get asked for it

I know that this thread is older, but I figured I would post in it.

Me and a friend each sent ours off on 3-16-10

My friend received his permit yesterday, 4-14-10

I received my permit today, 4-15-10

Just less than a month!
