Take 5 lbs chicken wings and marinate in hot sauce for 3 days. After that remove from marinate and season with fresh finely chopped rosemary, , chili powder, and garlic powder. Grill wing to your desired crispyness. Next make a basting sauce of 8oz hot sauce (i use Cajun chef and some homemade stuff my friend makes), 1 stick butter, 1 tbsp chopped rosemary, 1 tsp oregano and 2 cups brown sugar. Use this to baste the wings in the final 10-15 minutes of grilling to get them nice and sticky. These are spicy and sweet and that rosemary, to me, puts them over the top.
