I don't know of a kit. Personally, I'd put one together for what you need. I don't like cheap tools when it comes to dealing with guns. Cheap tools have their place, but not for guns, so I would buy a good sets of torx, hex and screwdrivers. Stuff like Bondhus, Wiha, Snap-on, Wera, Filo etc. Just do it over time if need be.

And the most important one of all. This will keep you from pulling out your hair:

Alot of tools are weapon specific, such as sight adjustment tools. For general use, a good set of punches and hammer, and a good screwdriver (I like the Wheeler Fat Wrench) and bit set will cover most bases.

Thanks guys....I havent really done much work to my guns other than mount scopes and adjust sights...I just thought they had a general tool kit out there for this...I'm going to get some quality tools just for this as I am getting into customizing my own guns.....Thanks for your help and advice !!!

Made in Germany, CMV steel, Lifetime warranty. This would make a good starter. It has the common torx (good for scope mounts, rings, etc.), all the small Phillips, and 2 of the smaller slotted. You may need the really small slotted for stuff like watches and glasses (maybe), but you can buy them separately if you need:

I don't have that particular set, but I do have other Felo tools that I'm perfectly happy with.

Edit: don't get that set I linked about. It has a plastic collet. I was shocked to see that.

I'd stick with separates or this:
