Ok thanks Matt. I already had those two belts and my holster from you.
I will take you up and use some of your stuff before I sink $70+ into that bladetech gear. Thanks again everyone this has been a huge help in my decisions. It cut out 90% of the stuff they offer in the tacti cool world.

I think you're making a good decision. A lot of people here have spent a lot of money on crap we don't have anymore. It's a process that we went through, that you won't have to if you take advantage of all these helpful people. Try several things out, then buy what you like best.

Definitely waiting. I was still just surfing and found some stuff someone recommended to me called a fast mag. They have me interested over the bladetech. Lol.
Well I'm shooting tomorrow. Maybe someone that comes has some gear I can try out.

A lot of sound advice so far. You can't know what kind of gear you need/like until you actually use something and find its flaws, then replace it with gear that addresses those issues. Try to minimize your up-front investment.
As far as the kytex pouches, I edc my pistol mags in kytex pouches and ran ECQC last weekend with them. They have good retention, can go just about anywhere on the belt, ride pretty tight, and won't come off accidentally. Solid piece of gear and they're cheap. The el cheapo glock sport mag pouches also work pretty well and are readily available around town if you need something ASAP. Not as nice as the kytex.
