I'd love to see someone try that down here.

IF you could keep the hole dry enough....in about 2 months, you'd have a reverse replay of a sinking ship in your front yard...

When I travel in Miss, I see almost every other place has a shelter built in the hill on the property.. I am really envious of them. Some are nice and I day dream of the day when I can do that. A sea can isnt going to cut it down here... you would have to cement it into place and drive pilings to anchor it to..

I was thinking about doing this, but just recently read to NOT do it. They say that the shipping containers can't withstand the weight of the dirt on top of it, because all of their strength is in the corners, and it would cost more to stabilize it, thus not being cheap. Just an FYI, not trying to be Debbie Downer lol.
(I was going to do it as well!)
