Let's hope that stays out there, or diminishes....
I don't know what the addition of a possible rise in tide in the gulf would do with all the flood water running out of the MS river.

We could use the rain, though.

We need rain badly . The farmers are probably in a bind .

Was just reading and hearing that the farmers are actually cheerful for this one, lol.

I know I could use the water. My garden is having to be watered like dailly. I've already had a few plants get burned up from the heat and dryness. Even my fruit trees' leaves are showing signs of choking for water, because they haven't been in long enough to get a good deep root system in yet.

Seem like I had heard during one of the weather sections on the news, that it looked like it was going to be an active season, this go round.

They been sayin that every year for the past 6 years. You never know. And these disturbances that are being watched, well there are always those from now through October every year.

If we do get a direct hit by one this season I'm loading up, taking my tent, and going to Colorado and I ain't gonna come back.

But lawdy, it sure does get cold up there.

Lost one of two 3yo Myer Lemon trees to the freeze (good producer too). I'll be damned if I lose the other and any of the Mandarins, Tangerines, to this drought. They are all loaded with young fruit too.
