    He's sure to do some time if they catch him. The crossing state lines is now the most serious charge he has.

    If you really want to have fun, follow his court process and when he gets his prison sentence, write him letters asking him how he likes the anarchy that may be going on in his a**hole.:rofl:

    It's a 1st Amendment Right to burn the flag! As much as that bothers people. I know the government doesn't care about the Constitution, but it's important for us to put up with this crap from scum like that.

    If its your flag, it was not his, so thats why he is charged with Damage to Property.
