    With the current ammo shortage, here's a tip for those looking to practice shooting in their backyard if they're in a populated area.

    (We aren't USPSA, IPSC, or airsoft experts. Just average guys trying to get some practice in in the best and most affordable way we can.)

    I will not let the shortage stop me but I will continue to shoot a reduced amount of live ammunition.

    I had one, didn't work for me, my thumb close to the web of my hand would contact the slide and stop it! So if you have a really high grip you might have problems

    Where did you get the STI 2011 Airsoft Pistol? I've bee nlooking for one of those?

    I ordered the airsoft online, but don't remember where. The gun is made by KJWORKS and the model is GBB-616. It cost $129. With the super light blowback it's not exactly taking a beating when it fires, so should last a while.
