I would love to know more details about it, since it appears some dude was eating his waffles and then just decided that he was not going to be disturbed by an inconvenience such as a holdup.

Question!

If a non-LEO/SO would have shot this pile of garbage; and if indeed Waffle House had a posted No-firearms policy; what would be the difference here, and what if any, would be the ramifications of this?

As a non-LEO, that could easily be caught in the same scenario; what do you think would happen to any of you?
