    lathe functions fine and includes 3 and 4 jaw chucks, as well as face plate and an assortment of collets. you pick up. (225) 448-3167 EDIT TO ADD : 220v ,single phase

    The swing would be the distance from the center of the chuck to the ways or rails that the compound slides back and forth on. That distance will then be multiplied by 2 for the max o.d. of what you could "swing" unless otherwise regulated by the manufacturer depending on chuck size.

    I'm tempted to buy it even though I don't have the room. Or 220 service to the garage. Alas, I am trying downsize so that I can get a better handle on some of my more important projects.

    I'll have to check with Derf , who I bought it from for $1200.00 , but I'm pretty sure it's duel voltage , can be wired 110 .
