So I want a suppressed 22. What are the opinions of the Walther p22 to use as a platform for this?

    As for the silencer:
    Advanced Armament
    SWR
    Gemtech outback

    Any recommendations?

Its a very popular choice and looks real cool. Unfortunately most people say it feels like a toy and is not very accurate. The Ruger MKIII is a much better choice. If you have the big bucks the Beretta 87 Cheetah is the Rolls Royce of suppressed 22s.

We also have a member that can thread barrels for you. I bought one of his .22's with a threaded barrel, just waiting for the money to roll in before purchasing a suppressor.

Sharon loved Asc.rudeboy's Walther P22 so much that she is wanting one. We put a good bit of rounds through it the day we were popping rounds off and I did not notice anything to deter myself from getting one. Seems like a very decent pistol.

We bought a P22 at the gun show. Went to Precision on Monday night to shoot it. Wife and daughter had a blast. Only complaint is that the magazines are too small. Gonna have to buy more mags for it.

I bought me a P22. . .just love the look and feel of it. I would like to say I love how it shoots, but I haven't shot it yet :o

And yeah someone needs to make a drum magazine or something for it.
