WTT: Walther PK380 for Walther PPK

I am interested in trading my WALTHER PK380 for a Walther PPK. My PK380 is LNIB has about 100 rounds through it, I also have two mags and a FOBUS holster. Would be willing to put up some cash, or other things I have (pmags, .223 ammo). FTF only and Bill of sale/trade. I can drive about an hour not looking to go much further than that. ( Baton rouge, slidell, covington etc.)
