Greetings,
Up for sale is my Weatherby Vanguard in 30-06 along with a Burris Fullfield II 4.5 - 14 scope, bipod, 82 rounds of ammo, and a rifle bag that folds out to a shooting mat.
Price: $850
This is an accurate and relatively lightweight rifle chambered in a proven and reliable cartridge. There is some finish wear on the bolt handle, in the action, as well as the opening of the action. The wear is cosmetic and has no effect on the function of the firearm.
The trigger is too light for my preference, but that's on account I shoot double action revolvers almost exclusively. The trigger is perfectly safe and is light and crisp. If you do your part, this rifle gets 1" groups at 100 yards, even better when you're on your game.
The scope is low-end, but works great. It has a sturdy mount, rock-solid rings, and the scope is more than adequate.
The rifle bag is pretty neat too. It's nice to unzip and go straight to the prone position. There are also some built-in shoulder straps. Partnered with the bipod, it makes a good combo.
30-06 needs no introduction as a cartridge, it won 2 world wars and held off the Koreans and Chinese. Ammo is nearly impossible to find right now, so I'll include what I have- 82 rounds of mixed variety, but it's all quality.
$850 cash face to face, preferably in the Lafayette area, but I get around.
Call or text:
337-344-5456
Possible trades:
SW 686 SSR
Ruger GP100 Match Champion in 357
Ruger Super GP, preferably in 357
Respectfully,
Ryan
