Where are all the Women Gun-Slingers???

Good afternoon ladies (and possibly gentlemen who also know),

I am helping my wife get set up with a competition shooting. She is new-ish to guns. Not totally new. She's actually a pretty good shot and has a good interest. Having said all that, I have questions.

Questions:

What belt do you like (I know that females might choose a different cut/size in width/etc.)?

What brand(s) do you like? Why?

Any certain models of the brand you like?

What holster(s) do you like?

What other gear do you prefer/ or like to have (including mag holders, timers, clothes while competing etc.)?


Any and all help would really help me A LOT!! Pictures and/or links would help out even more for a visual. Maybe even pictures your setup, so she can start seeing the bigger picture.

Come to a match at EAPS or Palo Alto. There are numerous women that shoot and would be happy to talk with her. Babes With Bullets also hold weekend schools to teach women how to shoot.
