I bought my first shotgun when I was 14 (1980). It is a Stevens 16 Gauge Model 94 Series M single shot. The shell ejector pin broke when I was 18. I upgraded to a 12 gauge and passed the Stevens to my nephew. Well today we had our family Christmas, and my nephew returned the gun to me. I want to fix the ejector and pass it down to my son. I carved my initials in it when I bought it. His initials happen to be the same. The gun has no $ value, but is priceless to me.
I am fairly handy and don't mind attempting the repair if I can find the part.
I also am not opposed to paying a reputable smith in the Hammond area.
    Any help would be appreciated.

If you happen upon the part and feel over your head, contact me here and we can fix it together. I've got all the tools and know how. And I'm in Hammond

    Thanks dantheman. Parts are ordered.

Magdump, I will contact you if I have any issues. Looks fairly simple, but that's what makes me nervous.

Lol, I hear ya jazz. I've rebuilt a couple in 12ga that have been in the family for years. They're simple enough. But do indeed gimme a shout if u want. Be glad to help with no obligation on your part. Just a note, if you see the spring for the extractor and the hammer spring, order those too. Prolly run a couple extra bucks but well worth it to put the gun back right. Those springs aren't meant to last forever. The entire assembly is pinned together and easy to tear down. Very simple design.

I bought all new parts and pins. You are correct, $5 extra to go back with all new is the way to go.
