Where do I start?

I'm sure this has been brought up before but am feeling a bit lazy to search so here it goes.... I am not sure where to begin. I have aspirations of trying to get a class 3 license. I don't know where to begin to start the paperwork process. I know I have to pay some astronomical fee and some long waiting period. During the process of getting approved, do I specifiy if I want a silencer permit for a particular weapon, or a full auto for a particular weapon/caliber or does a class 3 permit cover it all? I want to convert my M4 to selective fire with a supressor. Do I need different tax stamps for each modification? What law enforcement official do I need to have involved in this process? I have alot of questions and don't know where or who to start asking.

Getting a CLEO sign off is very very hard if almost impossible.

So here are some easy steps to getting yourself a dream gun.....

Step 1, PM TDH and take care of paperwork......dont forget to pay
Step 2, PM Mouthpiece and set up Trust ( you can also make a LLC but trust is easier)......again dont forget to pay.......
Step 3, Wait, Wait and Wait some more.....
Step 4, Pick up the goodies and have fun....
