I'll go for #'s 1&4 with caveats:
#1 use some Stubbs sauce cooked on, and #4 I'd like to add some Durkee onions to it.

I love Stubbs marinade on a brisket but have yet to try the BBQ Sauce.

I prefer an old fashioned hamburger that tastes like ground beef without the kitchen sink thrown on it.
Number 1 without the bacon and cheese would work with or without the sauce.

#1 without the sauce (I've never tried sweet baby rays actually...). I'm with JBP but I don't mind some cheese (provolone by choice) and some tomato. Bacon should be enjoyed on its own.

Oh, and if I'm going to eat fries I don't want sweet potato. Waffle cut from real potatoes! Hmm... I'm thinking I need to make a Laager's trip soon!
