I have no issues in Baton Rouge. I only carry about 50% of the time too. Yes I'm lazy. I just dont go to North BR, down Plank or any of those type of areas. If we do go to Tony's Seafood hell yes I always carry.

That's actually because Baton Rouge has one of the best treatment facilities in the country. They flock here for that, so the stats are very misleading.
