Taking a life is harder than you ever could imagine ,if you have never done it before,especially the first time.
I think the guy was just trying to make him stop shooting to give everyone a chance to get da hell outta there.

As far as police taking aim to kill,I agree with da po po.If they are pointing a firearm,,acting crazy,robbing,whatever,
as long as its a felony,I say shoot and don't stop shooting until threat is down,dead or breathless,but thas just me.

I was just poking fun at the anti-gunners that think in a high stress situation it is possible for the average person or even someone with training to shoot a crazed moving mad man shooting at you in the leg or arm all the time. Don't know if he was aiming at or firing warning shots to make him stop. Just know one struck guy in the leg. Glad none of the other rounds hit any bystanders. Either way it did stop the situation.
