I don't use .223, so I'm not sure. But it seemed pretty good to me.:dunno:

"Get 1000rds of this .223 62grain or 55grain ammo, now only $199.90. This Russian made new production ammo is non corrosive, steel cased, with has a full metal jacket."

It is a fairly good deal. There's a few other places with slightly better pricing but the shipping might make all the difference.

You know, I ran about 100 rounds of the steel case stuff through my Mini-14 without a hickup. I just wonder if in the long run that steel is going to mess up the firing pin, or the gun.

I have tried it in my DPMS, and I get fired cases that stick in the chamber every few mags. Sometimes it happens multiple times on one mag. NOT a dirty chamber issue. I just quit using steel case ammo and problem stopped.

Out of the 200 rounds I ran through it, the very last round I fired did exactly that. I didn't notice it in the chamber until I returned home and began stripping it.
