If you watch the white car on the right you will see the guy sliding across the road in front of the car.

guess he figured that jumping up to the overpass was quicker than just taking the offramp and having to wait at a stop sign....

he misjudged his take off angle though.

so, just read the news report....20 minutes before this video, he was released from police custody for having alcohol, drugs and drug paraphanelia, and a 15 year old in his car.

And, he is still in high school.
