If you shot something with Ranger SXT (Same eXact Thing) it would holler just as loud as if you shot it with Black Talons.

What he said. Other than the "cool" factor of the Black Talon, SXT or Ranger T-Series is the same round.

And if you are buying them for defensive purposes, those "cool" Black Talons may come back to haunt you if the shooting isn't unquestionably justified.

I have read that the Winchester Ranger T's were supposedly an improvement of the Black Talon.
