a regular 223 or 5.56 mag works atleast mine do.

Yes they do, well sort of. I also have some older P-mags that will work just fine with a max load of 20 rds.
The steel 5.45 mags have a different stamping that makes all the difference. [ Im sure you have been through this ]
Tell you what also works, my 60 round Surefire mag with a full load too.

Yes, and they too are currently out of stock........

I went ahead and purchased 2 From JoeBobs, 2 from Midway, and 2 From Area51.
I was just hoping to score a few used ones.
