WTB AR15 Carbine upper

Looking for a comple ar upper with bcg. 16" barrel, any profile. Not really worried about make, a jse or delton would be fine. If you have an upper that needs some parts let me know too. Looking to keep the cost down by going local. Used or new, as long as it works.

PSA has free shipping through Sunday. They have the no frills M4 profile in stock with BCG for $399 (CH is an extra $17 ifyou need one though...lol).
