I know jims had a couple at one time. That was the only place around BR that hAd any. I like the Emerson CQC-7 without the wave feature but the chisel grind ticks me off sometimes.

I thought I wanted an Emerson, til I found out they were all chisel ground... I cant sharpen a chisel ground knife for crap, just cannot get the angle and end up messing it up. I know it's supposed to be a good strong grind, but something about it just seems cheap to me, like they were too lazy to grind both sides properly

I actually like the chisel grind. I just follow Mr. Emerson's directions ,never had a problem.
