Wow. I'd love to buy three at that price. 26s usually don't go for much less than new prices.... Sometimes you can find police trades for $429.00 online, but you can grab a new G3 for $50 bucks more than that.

That price range is doable but it would be for a G26 that shows some wear, with no box or accessories, and likely only one magazine. Also it may take some time to find it or a more extensive search.

$~475-500 will put him in a closer to LNIB gun and the same price plus tax will put him in a new gen 3 gun.

Opportunity cost says buy new but if he's got the time to kill and/or lack of funds then it's worth the wait.

seen one up here in chicago area for $390 at the cabelas....looked excellent at that.....

because chicago has the worse handgun laws......i couldn't buy it and take....in order to even handle the gun illinois residences' have to show their gun liscence ....it would be a bigger ordeal to try and purchase it...

If you're patient, you can find almost anything for almost any price.

Sooner or later someone's going to need money for their rent / mortgage / new gun / engagement ring / etcetera and you'll be the beneficiary of your patience.

I'm not really that patient. That said, if you get multiple offers in your price range, shoot me a PM and I'll buy the other. I could always use a beater 26...or 19...or 17...or 21...or 30...or 36.
