I just got a return call from my friend. He has a stainless steel Taurus Judge for sale at $400.00. He describes it as a "semi-hammerless" model with a "short" barrel. I'll PM his name and phone number to you. He doesn't seem concerned about having to go through a FFL to ship it if y'all reach an agreement.
BTW, he bought it new, locally. I don't think he's fired it much since his real passion is high power rifle competition.
