WTB M1 Garand

I am posting this for my Brother-inlaw. He wants it either in original 30-06 or .308, preferably still in GI stock. Who was it that wanted to sell that SA in 308 to me? I told him about it and he was interested if you still had it. He is in the B.R. area. Let me know what you got.

You can try the CMP, I stopped by the store when i was in Alabama a few weeks ago. It was a cool experience and I learned that I need to do alot more research before i decide to buy a Garand.

Yeah... CMP is where I got mine... I told him it is the way to go for the best deal, but he says he just doesn't want the hassle and he always trys to keep his firearm purchases private party cause he doesn't like the .gov knowing any more than they have to about him or what he's got.
