Having trouble deciding what I want. Let me know what you have. I have a2 front sight so I am not really looking for free float rails. I think 2 piece would suit me better for now.

I have the MOE w/ VFG on another rifle, but I like the AFG but not the rail options for the MOE handguard. I would also like to have a sling mount closer to the magwell for a 2 point sling. So I am open to suggestions or whatever you may have laying around. Thanks.

I think midwest industries makes a drop in 2 piece midlength that has a continuous rail on top with your receiver if that's what you want. All the other drop ins have a gap between the rails on the receiver and rails on the handguard where the delta ring is.

Yeah, I have been looking at those and they seem nice. Was trying to see if anyone had some extras around. Can't see much other than what you said that makes any difference between the rest of the brands.

Thanks! I had seen some of the IWC stuff for the MOE handguards, but just was not sure about it for the price.

The all in one might be just what I was looking for. Just not sure how solid of a mounting option that will be...

The main thing that has been holding me back so far is which sling to get. I really want a convertible sling and there just isn't anything I am that excited about. VCAS is nice, but to transition you need another > $20 piece just to make the sling convertible. Then I would need a QD mount for the rail section... most of the rails have a QD mount built in though...

    Thanks

I actually rather my attachment point as far forward as possible since it gives you a more stable shooting platform by creating more points of contact with your elbow and forearm and then the thumb/hand

I have the 2 to 1 triglide on my sling to convert it back to a 1 pointer and its worth the price IMO, great piece of gear for any sling
