Plum Crazy lower is not too bad. I think TCH sells them. You can also order one online. They're complete polymer lowers. You may want to do some research on them but I have personally put 200 rounds through my AR so far and it functions flawlessly.

A member on here. Look him up or go to www.bigboyarmament.com. If his shop is too far from you, I found them for $120 + $15 shipping + your local FFL fee. Thats how I ordered mine. Paid a FFL $20 and had a complete lower for $155

Check out AGP Arms at agparms.com. It is located in Tempe, Ariz., and they CNC mill their own lowers for $89 each. I bought a full lower from them ... their lower receiver with RRA lower parts kit and stock. A nice combo. If you belong to ar15.com you will get a discount on the full lower. I paid about $225 for the lower.
Their lowers come out flat black like a Rock River Arms lower, in fact, they offer a nice RRA upper as well.
What impressed me the most was the quality of machining and the slightly flared opening of the mag well.
